"These ice packs are horrible!!! I bought a set a while back and they did not freeze. My freezer is a commercial subzero that works great with everything else and has no issues freezing things. I reached out to return them multiple times and never heard back from Oyster. Quite honestly I got lazy and forgot after a while to continue pestering them about the return. A year later my husband suggested that we try them again. I ordered another set and the exact same problem. They get slushy but never freeze and keep items in the cooler cold a much shorter period than the standard blue ice packs that Oyster sells. I reached out to Ouster again to get return authorization and heard back from a chatbot who said they could not find my order, address, email etc. even though I had ordered through my account with Oyster. I sent a screen shot of the order directly from their website site and they still said that they couldn’t find the order!!!! They said it would be escalated and that I would hear from someone but I never did. I reached out several more times with no response. I finally disputed the change on my credit card. The service and this product is worthless!!!! Don’t waste your money or your time!"

"Worked poorly. Froze Cyro blocks (4) for 48 hrs -1degree start. Held frozen state (to 5 degrees) only 4 hrs. That's poor performance!"
