OYSTER Tempo Limited Lifetime Warranty

OYSTER THERMAL warrants this Tempo Cooler ("Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser ("Lifetime Warranty").

This Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Oyster's option, of any defective Product or part thereof. This Lifetime warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, scratches or dents, or any condition affected by abuse, neglect, alteration, accident or improper use or maintenance

To make a claim under this Lifetime Warranty, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact Oyster for return authorization.

OYSTER THERMAL will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.

This Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND CONDITIONS ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. THE REMEDIES STATED HEREIN CONSTITUTE PURCHASER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OYSTER'S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
