A Remarkable Cooler

"I got this for my parents for their wilderness trips and just got a chance to use it myself. The Oyster cooler is a nice piece of equipment. It has great features, like strap removal, opening both sides or just one side (either one!!), and a perfect fit for its ice blocks. I love that pieces can be replaced too. We used this cooler for our meats and half and half for the trip. Even though we opened it a number of times for half and half for our coffees, we had a piece of halibut in there that was frozen solid for DAYS, keeping all our food so fresh. I will get a couple more ice blocks so that we can swap them once during our wilderness week. This is an excellent piece of equipment. I do recommend it and I am glad that I purchased it. My parents say it is "svelte". It certainly is easy on the eyes."

"I've tried many coolers over the years and the oyster beats them all by a mile! I've left it in a hot car camping for multiple days and the contents inside are still cold. It has great carrying capacity despite its small size. Its a great all around product if you need one go to cooler!"

Great for weekends or tailgateing

"Cooler pretty good for day to day use you need 3 slab ice pack for texas weather I find to be best cold to last ratio for a day use design is sleek looking straps are pretty comfortable full to the brim with drinks the only real gripes is you need a total of 3 sets of ice pack to be prepared to use day to day 1 to stay frozen and swap out every day so they needs to sell as a double bundle cryo & ice block as a starter."

Cooler is a work of art, customer service is awful

"I love this cooler, I look for every opportunity I can to use it and I am very proud of myself for getting in on the preorder train. However, you really have to dig deep to reach anyone for customer service. Seems like the only way is to threaten a chargeback or a negative social media post. They shouldn't be so hard to reach. The use of an AI service bot is a poor substitute for a personal touch. I hope they don't moderate this review because people should know what they're getting into at such a price."

"From a design perspective, I was sold immediately — no question. But when it came to the price and all the marketing promises, I honestly had my doubts. So I kept putting off the purchase for months. And yet, I found myself going back to the website again and again. About four weeks ago, I finally ordered it. Fast and smooth delivery. Since then, it has been in almost nonstop use — professionally and privately. Transporting what is probably the purest salmon in Europe from Swiss Lachs, raised in the Swiss Alps, all the way to Monte Carlo, Nice and Saint-Tropez … and returning with some of the finest delicacies. Even with very high temperatures inside the car, the box performs incredibly well — in my case for up to two days using four Oyster ice packs. Of course, when fully loaded it’s not lightweight, but thanks to the shoulder strap it’s still very manageable. And honestly: I think I now own the chicest cooler box in the world — both for clients and private use. An eycatcher everywhere I go.   Top product."
