HOW TO FREEZE CRYO BLOCKS
- Place the Cryo Blocks in a freezer that maintains a temperature of -18°C (0°F)* or colder. *standard freezer temperature
- Allow them to freeze completely. You’ll know they are ready to use when the blocks turn solid white.

"One of the two crypto blocks will not freeze completely. Despite sharing my information with support. They can’t find my order to resolve my situation. But I got this email to review the recent purchase of these blocks. Maybe I can get support through this review."

Oyster Before First Use
"I have not used the cooler yet. However, I’ve seen multiple users of it on YouTube. I feel like it will be a game changer, compared to my old cooler, which was bigger, bulkier and much heavier. I am looking for ways to save space in my trunk when I go camping, and the oyster is one of the best ways to save space. I bought multiple ice packs. I have six total. Four are the standard packs, and two are the icier packs. I wanted to experiment with the ice air ones to see when they’re most applicable. Thank you oyster for making such a great product. "Once frozen they are great. However it the blocks take a long time to freeze in a normal freezer. They melt faster than expected. I end up using my two old blocks and one cryo block for a weekend. Much easier to refreeze the regular blocks if you’re staying in a hotel or Airbnb"
