Wrong delivery point
"I did not recieve the replacement lid. It was delivered tobthe wrong access point and I had no success in trying to retrieve ir because that address has no public access. In pror communication your company said you would remidiate this error but comm7nicatiin died. That level of customer service is unacceptable for the purchase of a $500 cooler. And btw, the lid came apart in less that 120 days on normal use because the sealing that holds the handle ring to the lids body is poorly constructed."

Great theory. Poor execution
"I've owned my cooler 3 years. Cooler itself is incredible. I absolutely love it. The keys to attach the handle wear quickly then rotate to the unlock position when I stand the handle up. Bought new keys. Did not resolve the problem. A $600 cooler should not have parts that wear out. Nor should they cost $80 to replace."

I used it 3 times, and the cap came off
"The strap was shipped without it, and although they said they would send it after I inquired via email, it has been waiting to be shipped for a month. The lid even came apart after just three uses. But I haven't received a response even after emailing. I really regret buying it"

"Hi, After making a extensive research I decided to purchase one of your coolers. When I unpacked it the first impression was awesome, very good quality, impossible for o be easier to assemble and it looks terrific. I go off-road with ny car for ours, went to the beach two days without taking the things out of my Oyster, etc. Congratulations because it’s amazing, I love it."

Love my Tempo
"This cooler is amazing. Like many parents I'm bouncing around with kids sports, dragging younger ones around, etc. and this cooler is so perfect for that. It's perfect for road trips, to be able to pack food and everything where it wont get soggy in melted ice, stay colder, and longer is amazing. People ask me about it all the time and I tell them everything! About to get another one!"

"No faith in the lifetime warranty as no one answers email at Oyster. I ordered Cryoblocks in early Sept, they were in stock zero updates, not shipped and I've sent multiple emails to hello . com and . no to no avail. Bad, Bad, Bad."

Handles, Please!
"Haven’t tried it with Cryo blocks yet, but so far this cooler lives up to its reputation. It’s the only cooler I’ve seen that I’d call “beautiful,” and it does keep stuff cold, with no added ice. However…it is unwieldy. Both the strap and bar handle look great, and the strap is the clear winner for any kind of long walk with the cooler. That said, most of the time the cooler is moving from house to tailgate to picnic table to hotel room, etc. I feel like I bought this cooler a generation too early because the need for handles seems to me so obvious that I feel they’re bound to be a part of it soon. Still, bravo, Oyster."

Expensive, but I believe it’s worth it
"I live a very frugal lifestyle, so I didn’t want to splash money on a cooler when it wasn’t going to meet my needs. As you can tell, I press the button on this and I am not disappointed. I’ve combined it with some freezer packs that freeze -15, this allows me to have part of the compartment frozen and others as chilled. This is similar to the cryo blocks, but they only seem to be available in the USA. I found that this will keep food frozen for at least three days and chilled for at least six days, this might actually be longer. I just haven’t tested it for a week yet. My only annoyance was that not long after purchasing this they sent me an offer, which would’ve saved me some money. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a big purchase and I feel it was a right choice. I haven’t tested the strap or the bag, but these both seem of good quality. If you have the money to spend, then I would say this is a no brainer go for it you won’t be disappointed. H"
